Molly Lyman, President
Molly has been a nonprofit warrior for the last 20 years in projects ranging from theater fundraising, 5k training, women's rights, and of course, advocacy for individuals with disabilities.
She currently works for the UW Haring Center for Inclusive Education where she supports educators across the state of Washington as they lift up inclusive programs in the classroom.
In her "free" time she volunteers at her kids' school and in the Burien community. Molly is the proud parent of two daughters, Phoebe and Paige, who have been her inspiration and motivation for making the world a place where people of all abilities can belong.

Scott Raub, Vice President
Scott has always been dedicated to the work of social justice, civil rights, and the field of education. His career path includes a variety of educational and non-profit settings as well as the public sector; currently serving as an Assistant Director for Special Education at the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction.
His own education includes a master's degree in counseling from the University of San Diego and law degree from the American University Washington College of Law.
He is originally from Southern California and member of the California State Bar; also an avid beach volleyball player, obsessive baseball fan, and full-time father/chauffeur to two amazing kids.

Matt Lyman, Treasurer, 321 for 3.21 Chair
With a background in acting and playwriting, Matt put his creativity to work in the B2B SaaS world. With nearly two decades of experience working with start-ups, he has found his niche as a servant leader and a community builder.
After 3 years of coordinating 321 for 3.21, he co-founded R.I.D.E.4ALL to help drive inclusive recreation for all. Matt has been a board member of the Highline Schools District Special Needs PTA, where he is on his second year as President.
Matt previously held board positions with the Down Syndrome Center of Puget Sound and Ghost Light Theatricals, as well as acted as volunteer coordinator for the Bicycle Alliance annual auction.

Justine Miley, Secretary
Justine dreams of one day being a stage actor doing community theater. Until then she fills her time being the mom to two very energetic, creative, and compassionate young kids.
In her spare time, Justine runs her own consulting business focused on helping social impact organizations be more effective through executive advising and thought partnership, fundraising and communications support, special projects management, and process and systems improvements.
Justine is driven by her curiosity about the world and people around her and she is dedicated to consistently challenging the status quo.

Alan Cheslow, Board Member
Alan Cheslow has more than 30 years of experience as a technology leader directing cross-functional teams to design, build, and deliver software products.
Now retired, Alan devotes much of his time to supporting civil rights, poverty alleviation, equity, and youth education.
Alan currently serves as both the Family Services chair and Legislative chair on his local PTA, and volunteers with organizations including NDLON, Hopelink, Seattle Community Network, EFF, and ACLU.
As a father of four, Alan enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, and running servers for home automation.
